 These plastic wire looms for door jams are 5/8″ O.D. x 3/8″ ID. x 7+” long. Fixed grommet at one end for the door jam. Sliding grommet for the other end goes into the door.  

The look of Billet & Black, the door looms are 1/2″ O.D. x 3/8″ I.D. x 7+” effective length. One fixed and one sliding aluminium boss. Plastic lined. Mounts into 3/4″ and 5/8″ Diameter holes with set screw secured “quick” collars.

The added looks of stainless braid, the door jams are 1/2″ O.D. x 3/8″ I.D. x 7+” effective length. One fixed and one sliding threaded aluminium boss. Plastic lined. Mount into 3/4″ Diameter holes with jam nuts included.

The sliding collars may be trimmed shorter when going through less material.

The Wire Port main body is 2″ dia. with a 1-1/2″ inside dia. and is secured to the firewall around the wire bundle hole with four truss head screws. A 1″ x 13/16″ deep cut-out in the Wire Port body allows the wire bundle to exit close to the firewall (a rubber grommet is included for smaller wire bundles - 16mm / 0.63" hole). The body is then capped off with an attractive machined cover which has three ball-milled grooves. The design allows for the wire bundle to be installed before the final attachment of the Wire Port is done. Attractive, functional and at a very reasonable price.
